Spring In Stockholm

Spring is really here!

And all signs of winter are gone now. Since March 31, it has nearly always been 10° every day,

or higher here. Today a pleasant sunny 14°c, enough to go outside in t-shirt and stay in the garden!

Here are my photos from the 4th of April, a very spring like day here in Stockholm,

with 12-15°c temperatures, making a significant ice melting! Enjoy!

1. Warm, but not suitable yet for taking a swim!

2. Ice.

3. Still very cold in the water! A balmy 0-1°c!

4. Sunshine!

5. The first fly of the year!

6. I grabbed some floating ice, and it became a fine sculpture!

7. Ice.

8. Still frozen water in the bay. Notice the very orange colours of the nature.

What a contrast against the summer!
