Rather cold here for mid-May with a temperature of just 11.2C after an earlier max of 11.6C.

At least theres a few bright spells, but we're never going to be warm here in an easterly at this time of the year!

14C/15C widely in the midlands this afternoon slightly below average(some 12C/13C's though in the east midlands), feels much cooler in that gusty easterly wind, quite something for the time of year, gale force further south, should be excellent walking conditions tomorrow morning with that cooling wind, look forward to it before all the rain from wednesday morning onwards.

Blowing a hooley here out of a completely clear, sunny and blue sky.

Not unusually windy for an easterly in May or summer come to that, seen stronger, anyway mainly fresh to strong at times E/NE higher up and feeling on the coldish side but not as cold as that very gusty SW other day.

Quite a stunning day here max of 15.5c

Last May`s 26th strongest wind strong/gale force at 14.4c and sunny also.

Just been out in my garden and the crispness of the air is just amazing, fantastic air quality and such a lovely end to daylight, its definately going to feel cold tonight in that wind, its as far from muggy oppressive weather as you can get :)

Windy with dirt storms sums it up. Sunny spells, but a strong to gale force northeasterly coming straight off the North Sea onto the fields just created dirt storms galore - making a right mess. I even saw some small dirt drifts! :)

Today's maximum was 19.1c and we've had maximum sunshine which, without looking at the sunrise/sunset times, must be getting on for 15 hours :) . The very gusty Easterly wind is continuing this evening and, as the sun is setting, the temperature ia falling away at 12.8c with humidity at 48%.

:) that richard guy on TWO is a strange fellow, he's now complaining about no air frost last night in Aberdeen got down to 0.4C not cold enough for him it seems in May with an airmass not cold what does he expect. actually Aboyne and Castlederg did officially record an air frost and i`m sure a few miles outside of Aberdeen in the countryside did also :)

A tropical 10C here compared to those temps last night. :)

Today has been one of the strongest easterlies I can ever remember experiencing in May since I have lived here (from 1997). It would have been an absolutely gorgeous day but its consistently been blowing at 25-30mph all day. I hate this kind of wind and can well understand how some can be driven mad by it. My garden isn't too pleased with things either :)
