Cloudy 6.8C, winds mucher lighter than yesterday's gale. Still mod/fresh.

Friday looks a wet one with a strong wind easterly wind will make it feel chilly.

I dont mind this type of set up like TM but some warm dry weather some point would be nice. Nearest Meto site is currently running 0.7C below May average.

Started out really sunny and bright in Eastbourne but became progressively more cloudy and grey inland into Mid Sussex. Heavy rain forecast on the local media perhaps with some thunder, the last few days have bought nothing but light drizzle at most.

Briefly bright with sunshine early this morning, but thick mid-level cloud reached the area around 07:00 GMT. Warm to the south and north and cool in the middle sums up today I think.

Temps upto 19C in the NW of Scotland and 17C in London(It will probably go a degree or two higher).

Nottingham at 11 and Birmingham at 12C not nice there then.

The only rain really to have kicked off so far is a bit of drizzel.

Until 13.15 it was a dry, cloudy, misty and sometimes bright day with calmness and high humidity. Since then there's been light-moderate rain and interestingly the temperature has risen to 15.6c after being at or just below 15c before the rain. Humidity is 76% but was 89% first thing this morning.

I am wondering if we'll get any significant rain here.

Sunnier day than i first expected, though high cloud is never too far away so its sunny spells rather than wall to wall sunshine. You can see the dividing line quite clearly between the cloudier south and sunnier North.

Horrible sums up the last two days - cloudy, drizzly, cold and thoroughly miserable. Temp been between 12c and 13c for 48 hours now - very typical easterly kinda stuff when low pressure is about.

Still at least it's 12-13c and not 5-6c like it'd be in autumn or early spring. Summer you'd probably get 16-17c 24 hours/day. Very boring indeed.
