These are a few pictures I took last winter (February I think). They are of Mount Snowdon. Snow was over 3 foot deep in drifts along the side of the mountain along with icicles over 6 foot tall! There was also a HUGE wall of ice, i picked it up, it turned out to be about 40kg and almost sent me flying :winky:

Anyway, enjoy!

Lovely Photo's! I was hoping for some early snow again this past week like we did last year but no luck :winky:

have never been when there is lots of snow and ice, hoping when we go up in December there will be!

Thanks for sharing

I have never seen a pony up there, was it a wild one so to speak, seen lots of sheepies up at Horseshoe Pass though, had one try and get in the car on Friday :winky:

The pony wasn't up in the mountain, that was at the very bottom of Snowdon, the weather conditions was far too bad to climb the mountain, even by the footpaths - It was snowing, icy and windy! There was actually loads of pony's around

Very nice, I would love to see mountains covered in snow like that. I'm up in Scotland on holiday now hoping for a slight dusting on the tops, no chance of any scenes like yours.

I'm not crazy, my reality is just different than yours.

Went up Carnedd Llywelyn and Dafydd recently and there were wild ponies at 3000ft asl
