Looks like it may carry on for the next few hours at least.

However it will now be mostly light snow with the chance of heavy bursts from time to time.

I think it might pep up for us further down the line over the Cotsworld's

Looks like its gonna miss us again in Poole. Cant believe the rotten luck we get in this neck of the woods, im beginning to believe that the odds on it snowing here in any significance is astronomical.

I know how you feel, I was feeling the same when dogs and the others were saying it was snowing.

Typical, you "up country folk" have 10 minutes of heavy snow and it is greater than the continuous 9 hours of pathetically light snow we had all day Sunday.

Basically says:

Tues:

Low will try to move in.

It will break apart , half will go to the SW ( france etc )

the rest will head for ireland.

While it does this, there will be a lot of PPN over cornwall moving NW ( covering us ) 5 - 10cm maybe 20cm higher.

Then it will stay cold after that.

Temps below the norm for Jan.

Looking at the radar, it looks like it is going to just miss us here, unless it intensifies on it's southern end any more.
