No real good storms to report.

Though I had hail again at 06:00 am this morning.

Every morning at that time over the last few days, there has been hail showers at that time.

I think there could be some more thunderstorms today.

Or at least some more heavy downpours, with hail and high winds thrown in.

It's difficult to know whether to post here or in the wintry reports today

I have just had a hailstorm that applies to both areas really

There are some massive cbs around now and the rest of the day could/should be very fascinating :!:

I have just watched a medium sized cumulus develop in to a cumulonimbus and move in to my area producing hail and thunder.

This has developed within the last few minutes, as it moved in to my area and the hail started, it produced a strong down draft which blew bins and recycle boxes every where.

It is now starting as predicted.

I can see more cauliflower tops in the distance, and more clouds forming.

It looks like I may see some more exciting activity today.

Just had another one move through.

Have not heard any thunder this time, but it produced hail and rain.

I can see many big shower clouds dotted around now.

I am pretty sure I will see more of these as the day progresses.

Had one rumble of thunder here from a shower at lunchtime.

Otherwise mostly rain and hail showers.

After the hailstorm around 1345-1400 it was dry here with almost unbroken sunshine.

All around though were massive cbs with obvious hail falling from them.

The shower clouds died out allowing the sun to keep shining and then just at dusk another cb appeared on the horizon (shows well on the 1800 and 1900 radar to my NW) and allowed a fine sunset.

By 1900 the crescent moon was visible just above the cb - beautiful 8)

A mostly sunny day here but we did have again a decent fall of hail this morning. I have counted over 20 instances of hail since I have been here - more like nearer 30 now I would have thought.

I had a few dark threatening clouds go over Hertford Hertfordshire with spits of rain but there was no thunder and lightning.
