I dont believe this.....Northampton once again is getting nothing!!!!

Had enough now..rolleyes.gif just for my kids sake wallbash.gif

What the hell does northampton need too do to get snow!!!!!!!

I will be mild ramping when i get back from tenerife laugh.gif

Seemed to deviate as it headed out of Peterborough!!! Any consolation we got a rain shower with some snow mixed in and that was all. Was quite odd.... looked ike light snow and sounded like rain!! ehehehehehehh

I could mild ramp now!! Lol

Temp pushing 3c!!!

More frequent stuff looks more likely after midnight. I am becoming a bit concerned about the temps, upto 1.3C here now. Need some heavier stuff.

temp back down to 0.9c now the shower has passed.

What makes you think we will get more later, there do seem to be a few coming off the wash, I hope we do get more!!

What makes you think we will get more later, there do seem to be a few coming off the wash, I hope we do get more!!

18z GFS precipitation implies the showers will become more frequent and heavier overnight. Sadly, it seems like the temperature could do with being a good 1C colder. The snow falling here now isn't really making much of an impact, the roads were white earlier - they aren't now, currently 1.2C.

However, the FAX charts suggested a warm sector that becomes occluded, that then becomes a trough. So taking that apart, temperatures should drop a tad in a little while, so settling should be more likely. Maybe. The snow is loving the grass though, and particularly the old patches of snow.

Looks like there is nothing exciting happening over the weekend & into next week either doh.gif

oh well, at least the olympics will give us something snowy to enjoy !

It's 2.6c here, so no chance of any snow sticking around, the temperature didnt drop below 1c all night!

If the snow risk has diminished, I rather hope that we get some bright sunny days!

Last nights event bought us nothing but rain soaked dissapointment and frustration!

Same as it has been for the last couple of weeks outside now, grey, cloudy and generally bleurgh....

That leaves me free today, so now there is no snow to play in I will just have to settle for some retail therapy to cheer myself up !

Currently 4.5c here in MK, we have had sleet / rain showers this morning that turned into rain. Now, thankfully, there appears to be a bit of blue in the otherwise grey sky!
