Clear periods overnight, though there was enough breeze to prevent the temperature from falling below 2.9c, but was still cold enough for a slight ground frost, grass minimum –2.0c. The morning started sunny, but a thick sheet of Stratocumulus reached the area by around 10:30GMT. Overcast and dry conditions then prevailed for the rest of the day. Top temperature 10.1c, though it did feel chilly, as the humidity was only around 50%, maximum wind gust, 25mph WSW.

Cloud has finally cleared, mainly blue sky now, currently 10.8c, still a little chilly in the breeze.

Dry and mild with sunny intervals, a good deal of sunshine this morning and lunchtime, but it has clouded over somewhat in the afternoon with a fair amount of stratocumulus- I guess it's the result of convective clouds forming and then flattening out under a convective "lid". It was 14C max at Norwich Airport, and I think it may well turn out to be the warmest-feeling day of the week (even though we might nudge 15-16C in the next few days).

Clear blue skies pretty much to start the day and then a day of plenty of sunshine which turned increasingly hazy through the day, cloud is thickening a lot now.
