at the exact same point on the advert where is says fabulous shopping, it stops working and the image just freezes, I try pressing play won't do anything, I hit refresh and it goes back to the start of the advert and stops again at the same point. on both the live streaming and the team brief videos.

Do you have an adblocker running? If so, switch it off. You may also need to update flash, and also try clearing your cache.

I've downloaded everything I can plus turned off the blockers and I'm still not getting anything, now I'm getting the video box up again but when it says its loading it ends and the screen just goes black, with the bottom bar with the play, fullscreen and mute buttons go a dark gray colour and just don't work.

Not sure whats going on really!

I dont know what happened, screen went black. then it suddenly started working fine.

It definitely sounds like something is still blocking the ads showing.

no probs here in MAJORCA apart from drop outs..but I think thats because the resturant as a small bandwidth

edit..no picture now....but my low bandwidth connection is not to be trusted......picture was great when working

It has died for me. Was working (although very stop start) a few mins ago. Not even the advert is playing!

It definitely sounds like something is still blocking the ads showing.

Yeah, I haven't got a clue what it could be though because I've stopped every ad blocker I know off...now its just loading up and not getting past the loading screen.

Streaming down at the moment was working fine up to 20 minuets ago. Best to refresh the page.

Yep the ad won't play when the stream has dropped out due to lack of connectivity - there's a bit of a dead zone in the far south of kansas which is where they were when it went..

I switched to Mozilla and now its working, as others have said, great image!
