Overnight was the windiest day of the year. A pathetic 45 mph

Max temp of 18.6C so far now down to 15.2c

A sudden squall at lunchtime brought a very brief burst of rain at 44mm per hour but only a total of 1.4mm it was that short. Also a gust of 42 mph

Now back to light drizzle but the sun is trying to come out.

Very mixed it's been turning out. The morning started cloudy and a bit cool with the odd spot of drizzle until more general rain moved it during the afternoon. Then, around 2:45pm, there were some very heavy pulse's of rain for a time. This moved away Eastwards leaving a clear sky-line to the West and North, which has just reached here and now the sun is shining.

The temperature reached it's limit of 18.2*C around 2:00pm, and is now hovering around 16.4*C with a moderate wind from the West. Pressure at 1010 mbs. Visibility is rather good at 50km.
