will I have problems? as on my ESTA I filled in at the Travel agents, I chose to do through them, They just put TBA

You shouldn't do as you still have to fill in the green card on the airplane and you need to give an address

That is for sure, you will need an address for the first night.

Address:

Best Western

4110 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas, 75062-5913

Go for that and you will not be far wrong, better than TBA anyway

Tom

From Accu weather a severe weather forecast for spring,

http://www.accuweather.com/blogs/news/story/46431/spring-2011-forecast-wild-weat-1.asp

And the interesting parts of that are:

The zone of greatest concern for above-normal severe thunderstorm activity this spring, according to Pastelok, lies from Arkansas and Missouri into Tennessee and Kentucky,

An expected lack of Gulf moisture getting farther west into the areas of Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas that are typically more prone to tornadoes and severe weather is why these states are not included in this main zone of concern for a severe weather season that is more active than normal.

That is not to say parts of Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas will not be hit with severe weather this spring. It just means that severe weather outbreaks may not be as frequent as in areas farther east.

Severe Drought Impacts on Crops in Southern Plains

Tying into the expected lack of Gulf moisture getting into western portions of the southern Plains is Pastelok's forecast for a drier-than-normal spring in this region.

He is concerned that severe drought conditions already being observed in the southern Plains and Desert Southwest will spread and worsen this spring as drier-than-normal weather persists.

Specifically, drought conditions are forecast to intensify in Texas and New Mexico and spread northward during the course of the season.

Cookie, you should have been given an application number. If you follow this link https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ and then scroll down to the bottom of the page there is a facility to update your application. If you don't have the application number there is a link you can follow.

On the whole they wont worry if you don't have the address but it has caused me some problems in the past but I expect you don't have my working background or been to the places I have so I am sure you wont have too many problems. I hate entering the US it often takes me hours to clear customs.

don't forget the scorpians i will bring an ultraviolet torch with me so we can check for them in hotels rooms it is recommended in Texas/Oklahoma in fact all the chase states that you check for them weekly and capture them to put back outside

and yes i can confirm Pat and the Black Widows in fact i see a couple of em outside the derelict gas station when i started lifting concrete slabs to photograph one they didnt want to pose for camera,

and yes i would like a pic of a Rattler also, the only ones i see last year stuffed in the Big Texan gift shop they were also on the menu has

anyone tried them yet when netweather crew has been there. :acute:
