Just a quick note

Seeing as Tour 1 has been pretty well Sunny and only 1 Supercell has been observed pretty much 2 Car loads of people are staying on to chase the changeover day, I think with what will be a pretty decent outbreak on Wednesday and Thursday Tour 2 guests would not begrudge them this opportunity.

I would like to be flexable and allow other early arriving Tour 2 guests the chance to follow us for the duration of Tuesday's chase and Arron has kindly stepped in to be the designated driver (Arron was very nearly going to do the driving job on this years tours before he got the GPS Job so you are in safe hands)

The plan will be to cut off the chase and return to DFW For Tuesday night and stay at the Best Western where Tour 2 then gets underway leaving in the morning for Wednesday and Thursday's risks which looks pretty significant.

Sunday also looking like a Classic Dryline day in Western Oklahoma :good:

Hi Paul,

Some members of tour 2 are thinking of hiring a car to join you on Tuesday.

But looking at the latest forecast it appears that Tuesday's risk has been downgraded so not so sure today.

Got back earlier today, a little jet lagged but ok. I managed to check off a fair number of things i hadn't seen before, despite it being one of the more inactive tours. A great experience. A teaser for what's to come on future tours.:whistling:

Hope you all have a great time on the remainder of this year's tour.

And a big thanks to everyone that went on Tour 1. Great company. And we still managed to have a laugh even when it went bust.:D

Following what was Sunday 8th I have the suggestion of the following.

Plenty of advantages to this for the Americans as well with plenty of jobs being created digging it out and then filling it up! :whistling:

Does anyone know if you have to do advanced passenger Info for the airlines? I did it last summer but haven't seen anywhere mention it for American Airlines? Can't remeber if I did it in 2009 either...

The only thing you need to check is the passenger info on the flight reservation and that you have a valid ESTA. You won't need to do the green card either, just the customs form
