Hmmm, nice thought's - but not so sure about it. He's going to Milder weather from the 7th - Although no models show this.

It already looks like his first part could be wrong

Harry believes the current cold spell will last until about December 7, when the weather will start to get milder.

That is unless he meant to say a bit less cold?

It reminds me of "Foggit" who used to write his predictions in the Sunday Express making forecasts from his observations of wild life.

The other comment I would make is that if the Germans, during WWII used similarity forecasting, it did not do their army much good during their invasion of Russia, though the grand plan as I understand it was to have the job completed before the winter set in, though it did come early that year.

It will be interesting to watch this space.

Isn't he 216 years late with that? (1795 was colder than 1740).

So was 1814. :lol:
