Temperatures And The Arctic Ocean

There was thread somewhere about snow in the Arctic at this time that I can't find. Just to note that at 0600z this morning there was continuous moderate snow at Ostro Vise Island. The climate records for here are quite interesting. Also note the variations in temps for the area.
