About 30 minutes of sun today, during a short period about 1230 when the irritating stratocumulus looked to be clearing from the north-then it spread in again. Can't believe how sunny it's been so close to here -again.

Another debit mark for Shropshire..... so annoyed this time I forgot how to spell for a minute and typed "close to hear"!

It did brighten up quite suddenly with some good sunny spells around 1pm, and it remained bright with hazy sunshine before cloud edged in from the west later. Temps around 20c. I can certainly understand though the frustration of the last 3 days weather with only the afternoon giving any sunshine.
