Got my eyes on the orange blob in the Irish Sea.

If that hits, could start to sea some serious totals.

Sticking easily now. MASSIVE flakes.

What a difference 48 hours makes eh..2 days ago we were talking how severe winds could be hitting this part of the UK causing untold amounts of damage, and now look at it outside (for those fortunate to have snow levels currently.) Even this amount from a Irish Sea streamer was unpredicted by the MetO, you just gotta appreciate the weather sometimes.

Looking at how the snow has stuck around here, once it clears up i'd reckon on it hanging around and not melting. Temps will start to fall quickly this afternoon with clearing skies and a bit of a dusting. It is very cold outside here under broken cloud.

Uppers have rose quickly over the last 20 minutes.

Hope they don't rise much more, or there's a small chance this could turn to rain.
