Clear starry Night after a very windy day yesterday with a max temp of 9.3c but felt much colder in the strong W wind, light rain cleared through by midday to leave a clear bright afternoon.

Half of the days so far this month have reached double figure temperatures! Quite amazing!

Today has just about stayed dry and bright so far, showers very nearby this afternoon though sunny now.

A cooler day with sunny intervals and short showers of rain, sleet and, occasionally, small hail. The heaviest shower of the day, around 1240, was quite squally and ended with a short spell of wet snow as the temp' fell to 1.9c.
