dry and cloudy=6/8 Sc with a low of 2.8C and no frost of either type=the first time since 31 January, a light breeze from the west, and still over half cover of snow in the back garden, but overall I would think its about 45% cover for my location

A cloudy night with any early evening drizzle and light rain clearing by 1900. The slow thaw came to a halt overnight as a slight ground frost deveoped but has resumed at an accelerated pace this morning and I would think 50% cover will be lost sometime this afternoon.

Went out for my daily walk around an hour ago and very pleasant it was too. Dry, and mild (though quite cloudy) and very calm. It would be be nice weather in April let alone the middle of February.
