I've noticed it most on the custom SkewT's when you are place specific. Change location or time and it can log you out, although today it's working fine!!!!

yes that happened a few days ago to me-switching from the 'default' Doncaster to others, and a week or so before that using Doncaster and trying to switch from T+xx to T+yy and back?

Hasn't happened for a while a fix in place or just one of those good runs that we have ever so often?

We're yet to be able to recreate that happening at all, we can get it to log us out in the forecasts when long or double clicking but never once directly from the login. What we have done though is make some changes to the load balancing to ensure you stay on the same backend server when logging in / moving about netweather extra so that may help.

Happening less often now but still can get logged out when clicking on the link to take you straight in and swapping between model types like going from the gfs model ecm and then back again. Also noticed a few times lately that you can't step through the gfs next gen model runs. It loads you first option but then nothing happens when you click on the next time field. You have to refresh and then reset the search parameters and it will start working. Seen this on MY Mac and My pc.

Can't say I've ever heard that reported TP, and no changes have been made to that system in quite some time. Best bet, if it happens again will be to raise a ticket please.
