Moderate Risk today over parts of Wisconsin and Iowa which is about a 14 hour drive from where we are right now so that is off the cards, it looks more of a Moderate Risk for Wind Damage to me and could evolve into a dangerous Squall Line with embedded Strong Tornadoes (No Thank You) But kudos too anyone who takes that on up there.

We will mooch back east today to probably stay at Salina later and hope to pick off some Elevated Hailers through Northern Kansas along the way.

Next 4 days look very active again so plenty more chances yet!

Today is pretty much a travel day to Salina, KS but there is some hope of something possibly firing up there today so anything that does we'll go after it Live streaming up and running if you want to take in the views

Would suggest Emporia KS to Ottawa KS most likely for storm formation later this afternoon, 4-6 pm roughly. Front is developing with 65-70F dew points streaming north into eastern KS and Missouri. Just a little further than Salina for this chase opportunity.

Tomorrow looks best in northeast Kansas into southwest Iowa. So not too far to go for that.

Heading towards Topeka, hoping to catch something that's firing off the cold front. Idea is to get a decent hotel balcony to watch them go past and sup some beers while getting pics of lightning

For Friday, looking good in Kansas, morning cloud depiction is excellent for a warm frontal wave near SLN, slow-moving supercells likely.
