Rain currently light but continuous with light breeze - certainly not major storm values here and perhaps a tad warmer than forecast at about 13C. I note weather warnings have moved further north and west and seem to be missing my area now.

Overcast with moderate rain from around 10am to 3pm and 5.30pm onwards, with a dry spell in between. The wind has been increasing steadily during the day and the radar shows that the strongest rain is probably going to be this evening here. Haven't checked any records yet, but this is the coldest September day I can remember [Edit: just looked at Trevor Harley's site for records of exceptionally cold September days - perhaps it'll turn out to be the coldest September day in places since 1993]. Current conditions: moderate rain, 10.5 deg C, wind moderate E. Today's maximum 10.9, last night's minimum 7.6.

Got down to 1.6C last night - the coldest September night of the past 8 years. This was followed by another fine sunny day but cool with a max of 12.8C. Sunshine totalled 9.11 hours.

Currently 9.6C and partly cloudy but the wind is now in the east meaning overcast, rain and static temperatures can't be far off.
