Mornin each. Well, it thrashed it down in the early hours of this morning. Must have been that squall line that reached us; but its stopped ......for now and it's quite calm. Looks as though we may get some more though, later on. Ah well, I'm starting NaNoWriMo today and that means 50,000 words or so before the end of the month. It's gonna be a busy month. :o

Morning all. Wet ad windy early this morning, but I don't think I had as much rain as some of you others.

Now we have a cloudy but dry hangover from this. Hopefully it'll brighten soon.

Morning SE and EAers!

So the rain and the winds arrived and in Eastbourne we have had 24.0mm of rain in the last 24 hours. Now go and get your galoshes on!!

Morning Coast and all,

We had about 15mm in MK but it was hammering it down when I was trying to sleep !

Blue sky with bit of cloud, looks nice but just let the chickens out and its noticeably colder out there, don't think is expected to get into double figures today? Lovely!

Morning all.

What a filthy night.

I have just been out walking the dog on a very wet common. Great view of some beautiful anvils out to sea. The anvil tops clipping here as I type with more rain.

I don't - we have had quite enough rain as far as I am concerned. It make the dog walk more of a mud endurance test.

That 'puddle' that straddles the road by the Common car park was fun to negotiate this morning. I bet it was a quagmire in there!

The rain woke me about 3am as it was so heavy. Was bright but now day has turned into night and the rain has returned!!

Any thunder yet Callie?

Brief but torrential hail shower just passed through back to boring old rain again now. Garden is like a mudbath now not good when you have two great big dogs in the house.

I see I wasn't the only one the rain woke up in the early hours of the morning! Hammered it down on my bedroom window.

Quite a chilly breeze blowing through London town this morning - certainly has an Autumn nip to the air!
