Odd old day really. Rain came and went, sun the same, no thunder although plenty of activity out in The Channel - but as expected it never made it to our shores (well not so far!).

Next front comes through later and what will that bring?

More rain?

Just seen my first lying snow of the winter!!

Unfortunately not in my back garden, but on the tops of the Brecon Beacons where I'm on holiday. Still, beautiful!

Is there another area of rain heading our way tonight. Looking at some forecasts, its mixed. Some say heavy rain spreading in, some saying it will stay dry just windy...?

According to NW Extra NMM, it is in The Channel and misses land tonight, but look at the narrow strip that hits Sussex and Kent with real intensity tomorrow:

If it happens, that's a serious amount of rain in a small area tomorrow!

Winds are onshore but actually not too bad away from the coast:

I think he pops up now and then although at times it does seem that tempers get a little heated at times and a few people seem to be missing or posting less, hence the reason I like to stay in here as everyone has a good time, we talk weather (sometimes) and have some great input from Coast, John P ect.
