What's your elevation M Fish - reckon your location could be the sweet spot do to its altitude... Hanger Hill Park in Ealing also looks a good sledding spot - it usually gets twice my totals in these set ups (I am just a mile away down the hill)

Seems a massive difference in temp on the coast at the moment and just inland. I've seen Shoreham and Brighton are 3-5C whereas here in Ashurst, near Steyning it's 0.6. That's a big difference from a mere 5 miles or so.

Noticed in my observations that the PPN over south ( southampton way) is beginning to pep up-

That whole line of PPN from the south up to the midlands cannot stay stationary forever- its going to get a kick soon!

ECM tonight better than its 00z longterm. GFS off on one IMO, nothing has changed as far as I'm concerned. Interesting feature in models ECM and UKMO in FI to build heights in Scandi as well as a GHP. Very cold times ahead.

Yes latter frames of ECM is interesting in suggesting a GHP (Bit like the CMA)
