Yes it's that time again, infact last year we had already achieved it by now, with spring delayed and no sign of any significant warm up, it will be inteersting to see peoples thought on the first 20c, it has to happen in the next 2 or 3 months somewhere in UK, or has it

At this rate probably in about ten years. Probably will happen in May say the first week.

I think 10c would be an achievement given the current sypnotics I reckon we may have to wait untill the end of April before we see 20c, we need to get rid of this Northern Blocking if we are going to get anywhere close to this.

The way things are going it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if 20C is not reached at all here this year.

Aberdeen has never failed to hit 20C before but Arbroath only recorded a max of 19.4C for 1963 so it's definitely possiblenonono.gif

20c! Ha only seen >10c once so far so I'm being realistic and looking for the first high in the teens.

I'm living in hope when this dire weather changes it changes rapidly to something decent so I'll go with 13th-18th April with things staying decent right into and across summer.

I was also going to suggest the 23rd April like Boro Snow as it's my son's birthday... who, very obviously is called George! So if that's already chosen how about 20 degrees on the 20th April... seems fair and possible!biggrin.png
