Nothing much here, a flurry now and then. What happened to the Good Friday snow that was modelling last week?

Some of my family were planning a day at Drayton Manor tomorrow.

Thanks guys.

Still sunny here in Solihull. It actually feels quite warm in the direct sunlight.

However, some dark clouds are gathering out east, and seem to be edging their way here.

Sunny here in Redditch, but the sky is a really strange colour. Very dark grey .

Very light snow flurries, but sky looks like it could do anything.

Does feel warmer outside - can you believe were saying that about 4 degrees temp this time of year !

No signs of it really warming up next week either .

lol in the last twenty minutes we have gone from quite warm sunshine to overcast grey skies and - yes! - some very light snow :)

The difference in warmth once the sun disappears behind the clouds is very striking.

The snow is now falling a little more heavily here, and even seems to be sticking to what I had assumed would be a slightly too warm ground.

Only small flakes, but nice to see nonetheless :)

A few half decent flurries this morning, quite biggish flakes at times too.Not going to cause any problems apart from reminding us what we're possibly missing? those lazy hazy sunny days temps nudging the upper teens and an abundance of 99s! followed by a grumbly type shower or two.

There's a good chance, or should any warmer air EVENTUALLY! waft towards us, convective potential shall be upped accordingly.Meanwhile the peppering of snow showers, overnight frosts and cold continues!

Just started to stick on grass, cars bins & a little on paths n roads as the intensity stops. Temperature on my little station went down from 4.3 pre-this shower to 1.1 during the more intense fall. Note that Keele Uni's online temp reading was 0.1 at 11am.

It stopped snowing here an hour or so ago, but hopefully some more will pep up in the afternoon. Last night, the Met Office forecast for Birmingham showed a 95% probability of Light Snow between midday and six in the evening.

Temp back up to 2.1c, DP -4.8c

Light/Mod snow showers continue to fall here, no idea what the temp is as at work. But must be hovering just above freezing.

Going to be controversial here, even though i am a snow enthusiast :D Were getting the odd clear patch in the sky here in Telford and it's having a good go at thawing the snow. It's gets quite a good pace of melt as soon as the sun pops out from behind the clouds. Never thought i'd say it but i just want it to go now :/ and let spring take over,(for my gas bill anyway) :p

It's all gone a bit dreary here. Dull overcast skies, biting wind, and no real snow flurries since mid-morning.

Quite a few snow flurries here, not enough to pitch. Still cold at 1.6C and not much thawing going on.
