Seahorses

The ocean programme on BBC4 tonight had a section on Seahorses/ Apparently they could become another endangered species as they are considered to have great medicinal benefits in the far east along with every other creature it seems to me.

 

Anyway what fascinating creatures they are.

Fascinating little creatures indeed - makes you wonder though, as nature usually tends to go full-circle, you can imagine Seahorses getting a little bored, looking for new pastures or adventure, out staying their place in our Oceans, evolution marches on regardless - then by all accounts and given time, finally growing four legs and popping onto dry land a good few thou years later?

I don't think they are in any danger soon of turning into Red Rum.

Knocker, was a little tongue-in-cheek re my reply..and certainly no offence.

The connection I feel is still there - Seahorses are just one prime example, amongst countless others.
