the lowest temperature since 26 May here with a low of 6.1C, calm with some patchy Ac and Ci. There have been some beautiful cloud scapes with upper cloud over the last week or two.

Unusually cold start for early September, dry with sunny spells up to lunchtime, showers in the afternoon finally clearing by around 4pm.  Maximum 16.3, minimum 5.6.  Wind light SW.

 

Yesterday: cool start, mainly dry with sunny periods and a couple of light showers.  Maximum 18.7, minimum 8.8.  Wind light W.
