The start of meteorological spring brought in by blue skies, no wind and an air frost, second morning for one, a low a few minutes ago of -0.8C

At observation, overcast, feeling cold in a moderate NE wind. Rain stopped. Staying cloudy and rather cold for the most part, a few brighter spells through the afternoon, dry.
