Some clear spells for a time last evening, clouding over before midnight. Moderate rain set in just before dawn. The rain became light and intermittent around 06:00 GMT. At observation, rain stopped, sunny spells developing.

A dry start to last night with cloud thickening from late evening to bring moderate, occasionally heavy, rain from the early hours until around 0830 g.m.t.

The morning has been dry and cloudy but there's a light shower falling at the moment.

Heavy rain overnight and early this morning but dry so far since. It has turned very dark from the south now with rain just starting to fall. After six consecutive days above 20C it is the coolest day since the 3rd.

Clear intervals last night, near calm.

Cloudy/ dull and cool today, mostly light rain at times to 1700, but mostly dry between 12 to 1500. Light to moderate NE breeze has backed light NW since 1600.

A wet day here by my Davis measuring standards with 14.2mm so far, no storm but moderate to heavy rain several times and cool if not cold. 8C down on the last few days with a 'high' of 14.7C briefly this afternoon. The lowest since 12 May again with 14.7C. Seven days with highs of 21C or more and a top one of 26.3C on Monday.
