Intermittent light rain continued last night, turning moderate for a time through the early hours and stopping towards dawn. Rather cloudy this morning, bright spells, rain in the vicinity. Mostly cloudy through the morning, the early afternoon saw a lengthy spells of moderate rain, accompanied by a noticeable drop in temperature. The rain clearing by early evening.
