    It turned into a beautiful day in the Bakewell/Edensor area, hardly any wind and the Sc sheet breaking to half cover Ci by early afternoon. Great walk and first class meal at the Robin Hood pub just off the Baslow/Chesterfield road afterwards. Max here was 11.1C, the highest since the 13th.

    Not far from me then John, Yes has been a great day to be outdoors with long sunny spells. I've been felling tree branches which will be chopped and seasoned for next winter.. Top temp 8.5c.
