Wu are going to be doing away with free API keys, even for station owners who send them data.

https://apicommunity.wunderground.com/weatherapi/topics/weather-underground-api-changes

As soon as my key's stop, i'm removing my station from them. They and (now) IBM have been making  a lot of money from our weather data, and now they want to charge a minimum of $800 a month to use their API. After all of problems that have appeared, such as webcam issues, PWS failure, API failure, they are now shafting the users who make them money.

Does this mean that my station will no longer be recognized after June next year?

Do you just send data to Wunderground? If all you do is use Wunderground to display and store your data I don't think your affected. At least I hope not. Perhaps Mapantz can confirm that.
