A clear start to last night but cloud increased from late evening and eventually brought one or two brief light-moderate showers from 0500 g.m.t onwards. Dry and cloudy at the moment with the showers having cleared to the north.

Continuing dry with further sunshine though cloud is beginning to increase from the south as a band of rain moves north

A cold day so far despite the very mild start cloud has kept the temperatures down. A few early short heavy showers then mostly cloudy with some spots of rain ever so often. Noticed Helen Willets has dropped the windy from the forecast.
