A dry cold day with sunny spells int he morning but cloud building from the south e3ast int he afternoon but staying dry. the cloud stopping the temperatures from falling much right now

Fog or thick fog until 1300 g.m.t but there was a short spell either side of 1000 g.m.t when, although it was still foggy, the sky was visible overhead and there were sunny intervals. Dry and cloudy after 1300 g.m.t.
