What we excited about? Charts 9 days away? Rain tomorrow?

Northerners as in the far North of England and Scotland?

They will get snow at elevation

They're starting to ramp it up in there (mod thread) always best to keep out of there until something decent at 72z shows up...BFTP (Fred) is going for cold which is never a good sign! but hasn't verified if it will be a BFTE. GFS/P/GEM all the eggs are being put in there again...but obviously haven't learnt from the last episode.

312 means being rolled out. Christ I hope it happens or there will be a slingathon with the teddies. I do see a signal that is getting stronger but jeez you'd think it was 120 z

With all the emotional investment and model time put in this year, I really hope that @sebastiaan1973 can get to skate over thick ice this year. It means so much to him that it would nice to see him rewarded

Mod thread may as well be the south thread. Never heard as much bias ever..... It's all about whether everything moves south.

So I took a few days off model watching as it was seriously annoying me that the super cold charts were always 10 days away, and it was shaping up to be mild and wet anyway.

Back on today for first time in a week. Guess what? Cold charts showing up in 10 days time!

You couldn't write it.

Is the West Midlands a snow magnet ? We got bombed with about 3 or 4 inches a few days after xmas. That hung around for 15 days. Last Sunday another 3 or 4 inches. Which lasted about 3 days. Now we are advised another 3 to 7 cm on Saturday. And another dollop on Sunday evening. If anyone wants snow come to snowy Dudley!
