Incredible people are still moving about in that. That lorry in front has been stuck for sometime

Snow will be covering that camera soon.

Pure bonkers and we're most likely not even 2 thirds of the way done

Some great videos there the nearest we came to that here was in late November early December 2010 as seen in my avatar.  Had never seen walls of snow like it coming in off the Moray Firth stretching back to my childhood in the sixties.

It's officially record breaking.

The highest lake effect snowfall ever.

Previous record was back in 1994 according to CNBC.

And it's mid November!

To be fair, you’d expect it early in the season when water temps are at their highest.

I would  imagine the surface temps have dropped dramatically as well as a lot of evaporation from the water.. 😨

Central Buffalo have seen very little so far. Imagine living there and seeing all that snow falling literally a few miles to the south. I think I'd personally be pulling my hair out in frustration 😂

The snow band today seems to be mainly north of Buffalo...I'd be absolutely spitting feathers 😂

Sunday for the Bills game would likely have had little snow, but the logistics of hosting the game after having had up to 4 ft of snow means it’s been moved to Detroit.

This didnt age well...😀

I'm not an avid NFL viewer so apologies if I'm using the wrong terms but how high are the goalposts🤣😳... pure mental amounts

Well, I lump NFL with horseracing and Rugby League: it's only interesting when it's snowed off!🤣

As much as i  would love a good whiteout, imagine this. Having to get the snow off your roof because you are worried about the weight of it.
