The amount of intense rainfall/sleet over Jersey has been going for hours now!

The amount of intense rainfall/sleet over Jersey has been going for hours now!

Jersey is effectively one big hill that flows into the sea, so flooding is not normally a problem from heavy rain. They do get flooding from high tides due to storms along the main drag from St. Helier to St Aubin but the sea defences are good.

Yesterday very windy, today very wet and cold with an ice warning as the rain clears southwards tonight.
