15c at the moment it's so nice to be working outside in t-shirt again shorts still in hibernation though

15c? It's 10c raining and blowing a fair old breeze here and feels chilly.  As is often the case here with southerlies this time of year when the seas are still cold.

Tom Quintavalle The October Fog Index forecast a mostly snowless winter for London and so far it is bang on the money again. The OFI only has until the end of February to be proved correct. It is up against the 600-mile purple snow bomb predicted by GB news for the end of this month. Who will be proven correct🤔

lassie23 I don't, know but far the met 10 day, does not agree with GB news, and none of the models show anything like a wintery forecast away from north Scotland, but I guess we'll see.

Just wish GB news didn't spook my friend re a trip to Stoke on Trent, she's still going, but is taking extras with her in case. Always good to do anyway, to be fair. Coach might brake down, who knows.

Got side-swiped by a humongous bee on Saturday, whilst out in the garden.

Bit confused, me thinks.

Bogman had to encourage a massive bumblebee to go outside again on Sunday after it flew in through an open window. Seen several others buzzing around outside this week.

Minimum temperature was 11.6 last night. Currently 14.5. Feels more like mid April than mid February.

Unstable sky today. At the moment, light shower with fairly large drops.

Blessed Weather I gave up on winter in the 1st week of Feb, so I'd take 18c quite happily now. I think 16c was achieved locally (well, gravesend anyway) and it felt quite nice. Even my usual iceberg of a flat was sufficient to keep the heating off. I bet my energy company are really upset

I know what you mean. It was lovely here in Suffolk yesterday so me and Mrs Blessed popped out to the sticks for a pub lunch. The pub gardens already full of flowering daffodils and crocuses. Just makes you want summer to arrive quickly now.

The October Fog Index has been frighteningly accurate for me this winter. I had very slight fog and had one day of a light snow shower and that was it. The February Slug Index is a new one on me though, they are everywhere🤢 Need a bitter Smarch to wipe them and the wasps out😡

This weather is doing my ****** head in! RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN DRIZZLE RAIN DRIZZLE week after week! Month after month!

Also third time this month the forecast was WRONG! Was supposed to be dry today with some sunshine until much later, bit it's heavy drizzle outside since early morning.

Neilsouth wasn't as wrong as the forecast that worried my friend, she probably saw it on line somewhere, cause I don't think even GB news forecast snow for today up north last week. Although as I don't watch I don't know, they may have .

She has gone at least so no harm done really, but she is a worrier unfortunately.
