I wouldn't be to downhearted, torro have the north west well and truly in their warning zone and i think estofex have under done things. I would of thought the precip we will receive would warrant a level 1 never mind the other ingredients!!!!

Anybody noticed the radar over north west wales. Ive checked about 6 rainfall radars and all have huge amounts showing then they suddenly vanish!!! i could unerstand 1 radar having a blip but not 6!!! -
Well that was intense. Saw the gust front coming and it was a complete white out afterwards. Lasted several minutes. Managed to get a vid of gust front approaching but i was fairly dark so don't know how its going to come out. Going to review it now.

Yes were in for a blast. The winds are gusting up now but i expect straight line winds with the gust to be severe. Be interesting to see the different thoughts we have when it arrives. Only down road in Chorley lol

Agree ajpoolshark, i think the squall line is gonna intensify by the time it reaches nw coastline!!!

Looks like the rain band in N ireland is getting very intense !!!

I think the squall will increase in severity as it crosses the irish sea with the cold air behind mixing with the warmer sea water. Thats when the fireworks will start i think !!!!
