Temp is up and down like a yo yo at the moment, currently -5.5C Fingers crossed for sunday/monday. Anyone see the live report from up here by sky at 10 o clock? Jase

I agree with this, not that anyone will listen though. I was having to avoid two wheel drive cars yesterday and it was a pain. Still snowing here and wind blowing well too. Temp -1.5C Jase

Snowing here again! giving a covering to the roads again.

Some good snow fall here with 3-4 inch depth in my back garden. It was fun driving across the moor, glad to have 4x4. Police were stopping motorists coming up on to the moor except for residents with 4x4. Jase

Yep, that's exactly what we need! With my altitude us dartmoor guys normally get hammered in that sort of set up. Shall we start praying now? Temps seem to be quite high for most of the southwest really need that colder air to push down here before that ppn dies out.

In my original post I said I had a FEELING it would be north of the m4 because that was what the models were hinting at, which may or may not change. You highlighted my post and seemed to make a cocky remark and some strange attachment. I pm you to ask if you had a problem with my post because i did not understand your original reply, and did not want to clutter up this thread with any thing other than the topic it was started for. You then quoted my innocent pm on here for some reason. Maybe I have my wires crossed but it seemed to me you were being funny. I will comment no more on this.

Woke up this morning and the overnight rain had rid me of my snow cover sadly. Would love a top up next week but I have a feeling it will be m4 north for the action.(well that is what the models hint at anyway) Jase

0.4 here now, I have not looked at the radar for a while, are we expecting any ppn at all overnight? Jase

Was hoping for a snowy breakdown from this, my altitude normally helps in these situations. Like you say better luck next time and winter has only just begun.

Just seen the latest bbc forecast, as the rain band moves in tomorrow they are showing quite a few hours of snow for dartmoor! Jase
