It's been raining a while here. My Turkish holiday can't come quick enough lol

Fabulous cloud burst at Regents Park. Lovely cloudy and sunny warm evening playing cricket. Very disappointed no lion roars tonight. Walking back to Baker Street tube utterly drenched. Wasn't time to smell the word I can't say lol. Impressive. Few clals od thunder and people standing under trees wtf . I said to one girl I wouldn't stand there as it just went over the top of us. More of the same please

What a stunning summers day. Its definitely changing dew this morning. Strong wind blowing big fire neat bexleyheath earlier. I would be extremely surprised if we get rain next week. Looks like we are in those rinse and repeat scenarios. This could go on for a while yet.

Stunning golf afternoon breeze strong but warm actually quite hot when breeze dropped.

The 16 day outlook on Extra went from rain on 2 days next week, to one, then a tiny bit overnight on one day, then none.
It's absolutely dire tbh, we can only hope that August is one of the cool, wet summer months that it has been historically (which I know isn't great for the kids, but hey ho!)
So we wait 9 months for Summer and kids to have a break and a nice holiday and you hope for a wet August.... let's hope September is a deluge month and we have 9 months of autumn to catch up on with the rain.

A truly stunning day. Wonderful blue sky unbroken sunshine. Hit 37-38. Even hotter tomorrow. Mind boggles.

33 degrees here. Impressive and not even hit the hottest part of day yet wow. How hi is this gonna go

I would hesitate to say that alot of Europe is better prepared for this heat compared to this western Atlantic driven country.

I can't believe it's such a really strange area to be in the red zone. Never seen anything like it. Seems a very odd way of doing it

Have to say those temps are if anything an upgrade and lasts longer into Tuesday. Truly quite stunning charts

I had a feeling the rain showing on radar won't hot the ground almost like an anoprobe if that's what they call it where it rains bit don't hit the ground. Was at daughters sports day earlier #seriously hot. I am loving this weather. Long may it continue. I have backed off from the record breaking heat but I will take low 30's all day long

So I really don't think the 40 degrees will be reached this week. Maybe later in the summer. Sunday/Monday next week is gonna be hot. Into the low 30's no doubt possiblybpishing mid 30's. Have to say I absolutely love this weather. We wait 9 months threw dross and rain and murk to get this. Long may it continue and if we could have one record breaking day then fabo. After all it's one day out of 365 days.

it's cold for flaming June.
Now now Lassie. You know the roll with our weather. It does the exact opposite of what we want. 15 degrees in January and cold in June.
