    Funny you should mention Gem has nailed it, There are comments elsewhere, ie Twitter, Conclusion tonight is that the GEM model has been too Consistent to be totally wrong & is also the best Model to predict Colder weather. Very Interesting to say the least. 1000 USERS "NICE"

    Auroras update, Appearing to get closer to northern Scotland. image taken at 8.45 GMT. The fine red line going around the Aurora, I believe indicates 90% visibility.

    Can't help thinking JP, That a bigger better picture will just evolve further down the line, Towards Mid month. Its all there just some jigsaw pieces are in the wrong place for all out Winter snowfest. The pub run will be interesting, What do you think.     Well the way i see it, Most of the Models show cold scenarios which is a Big Bonus,Fine tuning is always the way for us here in the UK, Cold is now in to Most parts of Europe "Big Plus". Temps are now on the decline and colder by the weekend, I think some more eye opening output is still to come, Any Easterly has Hopefully just been delayed.
