    just got a bit excited checked the weather for the week ahead and had snow symbols for all of tomorrow then relised i had defaulted to london for my location really disappointed with the weather but was really hoping that every one had got it wrong ( no offence ) and we had a repeat of 1982.

    just been to kids school with forgotten essential items car temp gauge showing -1 in sun and -2 in the shade what is tonights overnight temps going to be ????

    temp here according to car at 8:00 was -5 clear skies so imagine it is going to drop further. I am confused now is it or isn't it going to snow Sat or are we getting excited for Tue ??? :wallbash: I just want lots of snow

    just wondering if any of the weather forcasts have got it right by saying rain clearing out tonight because they had us down for drizzle today but defo not snizzle and the full blown white fluffy flakes we are having now ????

    Sorry to upset everyone who has not seen any snow today, but it is -1 according to the car and we have just over an inch of snow and it's still coming down. People are talking about this fizzling out overnight but met office have us an amber until midday tomorrow who is right. Should really go with you guys who seem to do a better job than the bbc.

    Hi CarmarthenshireWeather been snowing here for about an hour. we have our own little climate up here. Hi Snowmad sam it will be getting dark soon, I thought the way to entice the snow was to offer your lampost a hob nob biscuit lol

    temps now drooped to 0 and snow is starting to build up on patio table, shame we had rain first it's going to have to work hard to accumalte on the ground

    started snowing properly now and starting to stick temp has dropped to 1deg

    put too much faith in netweather forcast which had my postcode as dry all day , mmm just had a heavy shower and my washing is wet

    Congratulations Adam no mean feat passing your test these days, quite cold this morning indoor weather station says 2 deg and I'm feeling cold without going out in it yet

    It is snowing here. Very fine snow which is being blown around so not sticking here I want the 10cms I was forcast by the met. where has our weather warning gone?????

    I am so bored now i keep checking back for more posts but as someone previously said they are now dropping off quickly i have been so entertained over the last few years stalking the forum but got so excited yesterday I had to join in. I hope your predictions are right for the 25th but I think this has been the most accurate place to come to check the weather. Well done everyone and hopefully there will be more fun soon.

    woke up to about 10 inches of snow where other local villages at lower levels have only had rain or very small amounts of snow, school closed so were off out to go sledging with the kids as temp is creeping up with rain forcast
