Morning Gang and weclome home Tam.
A lovely but nippy start to the day with a lovely sunrise. Looking forward to some warmth this weekend (should bode well for my bootsale).
On a sad note, I finish my contract at Lloyds Banking tomorrow (after nearly 3 years) and I will hence be unemployed. I hope not for long but on the off chance that anyone is looking for an IT purchasing manager then let me know

You and Reefseeker have convinced me to still watch it, thanks guys! Just hope the entire series ends in a satisfactory way, unlike the Sopranos Weatherwise, the rain has cleared and it is now dry, but only 9c. We are suppose to be hitting 20c in the first week of April, before things take a wintry turn.
Good morning all,
Which series and episode are you up to Lassie? Im on series 3 Episode 12.....
A bright but very chilly morning, the weekend is still looking like its going to warm up nicely.....

I haven't got to that episode yet, but if it adds nothing, then i'll give it a miss. 9.0c, overcast and feeling very cold.
Id still watch it mate as there are things you should probably see and hear in this episode (especially at the end).
Still cold and dark....cant wait to go home and chill.....

Well, BBC Breakfast suggested the rain this morning would be light and I may not even notice it as I drove to work. Hmmm, enormous puddles straddled many of the surfaces for the drive in this morning, with pedestrians diving for cover on occasions, and cyclists dodging around miniature ponds into the middle of the roads. It all finally left Uxbridge around 12.30 in time for my power walk around the newly laid and super springy running track; got up to 4.8mph today which I'm pretty proud of.
To continue off topic, Lloydyd, The Fly episode of Breaking Bad is (in)famous for polarizing fans and critics, with critics ranking it amongst one of the series best episodes and fans less enamoured. I tend to agree with your view, despite endless reviewers explaining the clever plot devices being employed and raving about the amazing direction and acting. I think I read it was to save money, as they blew so much budget on some of the beautiful filming and landscape capture.
Hi Reef,
Although I agree the acting was brilliant (always is on BB and is one of the reasons its such a brilliant series), I just thought it reeked of lets save some cash. I got most of the sub context of the episode and this being a part of Walters journey to a further dark side etc, but come on....BORED!! lol
Anyway the weather out there today can be described in one word, Cold, dark, miserable, wet, pants, rubbish.....I didnt say i would describe it in one word i just said that you COULD use one....Pick a word any word!

Got rained on yesterday by a large shower passing through leigh, killed the bootsale sadly. A lovely morning with clear blue skies....just lovely, albeit a little cold.

A nice enough day out there today, getting colder. My poor little boy woke up feeling very sick and so did her indoors. Looks like i will have to have a half day today to go and look after them both.....

morning all,
Busy old weekend with the bootsale being manic in Leigh on sea. Had to have the police come down and close the road which was a nightmare. Sorry to anyone who lives in that area, i know we have a few on here.
A lovely morning walk to work from southwark, personally i also like to have some variation on the weather front so if the cold and snow does come, then at least it keeps things interesting....

No offence taken from my end K x
Well I thought it would be a great idea last night whilst running and playing with my 5YO, to slam my foot into his stableisers on his bike and in doing so, ive broken my little toe and chipped a bone in the one next to it. Lovely!!
Pea soup on route down the A1 early doors. It amazes me that you still get (quite a few) complete idiots who not only do not have thier fog lights on, but think its perfectly ok for them to do around 90MPH with NO LIGHTS ON at all!!!
Seems to have cleared up in London fog wise....
