  1. In Absence of True Seasons what a fickle country we have for weather, I'm only around 95 miles north and the whole weekend has been dry and warm with plenty of sun
  2. Been one of the better early May bank holidays weekends around these parts dry warm and plenty of sun
  3. Massive range in the feels like temperature this afternoon, sheltered from the breeze, sun out feels hot, sun in freezing. sweat top on and off like a yo-yo
  4. Nice when sheltered from the very chilly wind and the sun was out otherwise
  5. Hearing plenty of rumbles from that incoming squally band
  6. Lovely day here nudging 19c should be warmest day of year so far sunshine and warmth lovely
  7. Looks quite wet on the radar but rain band passed over Peterborough with not enough rain drops to count on one hand
  8. Clouded over now, but what a cracking few hours to start the day with, blue sky zero wind and warmth
  9. Yay suns broken through the murk and a genuine feel of early spring in these parts, no breeze and warmth really rather pleasant so shorts on as working outside today
  10. After a frosty, foggy start with steam rising of the fairly warm floodwaters this afternoon has turned into a cracker mostly blue sky and little breeze despite only being around 8c the strengthening suns really starting to make it's presence felt

  12. After a dismal couple of days today is a Cracker, steam rising off the fencing little wind and warmth in the sun working out in t-shirt and it's not even 10am, can't wait for proper spring now
  13. Was deep frozen this morning but now turned into a cracking day, despite a pretty low temperature it feels warm in the sun, frost coming out the ground leaving it dryish not the normal muddy mush you normally get after a freeze, hopefully it's goodbye winter come on in spring
  14. Another rather warm t-shirt afternoon here helped by a much brighter start and light breeze
  15. After the morning damp, fog, misty drizzle clagg has cleared the afternoons this week have been fabulous here with warmth, calmness and sun
  16. Discouraging start with fog and major dampness has turned into a fantastic warm and calm afternoon the shorts stay out for another day
  17. Today looks like a classic case, with us being constantly bombarded with so many red, amber, yellow warnings that when a genuine threat arrives like today it's widely ignored
  18. The warm air is putting up a fight but the encroaching rain and coldness is getting closer
  19. Feels far warmer than the 22c suggested by the thermometer down to shorts and sandals now
  20. Feels warmer than this time yesterday clearing sky and calmness certainly makes the most of what the sun can deliver this time of year
  21. Overcast and a little chilly in the wind despite what the thermometer shows, light breeze and clear sky needed to lift us above a normal October day
