  1. The rain band that had been predictied today from models and other forecasts wasn't supposed to be that big, was always gonna be quite heavy and a thinish kind of band running ahead of the thundery activity, but the main interest is whats likely to develop behind the this rain, any showers that develop could well be heavy and thudnery, so I dont think people should worry yet, all high res charts show the main risk between the hours of 3-8pm

  2. Here are my latest thoughts on this set up.

I am actually more confident on the potential of this event, first off I am actually a little Interested in Saturday Morning too, I wouldn't be surprised if some odd dry storms pop up in a couple of places, number one there looks as though there could be some good shear, there is also a lot more heat with this set up than the last too.

Saturday Evening, Night and Early Sunday Morning: There looks like there's a proper trough line coming which looking at it would bring a better potential of some more potent storms. Temperatures in the High 20's, high due points, really good wind sheer (Convergence zones). Sunday Morning also looks interesting.

This just my thoughts :) And no this isn't just for where I live, this is in general as a whole for other places too.

  3. Im quite liking the look of this Weekend more than last week, there is a few other factors showing on this compared too last week, this time there seems to be a lot more heat further West across the majority of the Country and also convergence zones, along with decent ML cape and even some SB cape too. Should be some good cloud structures with the good wind sheer if this pulls off
