Had not even contempated breaking the record.
I have still not broken 30c here this year. Would be mental if the warmest temperature of the year for me was in October!!
Going by the look of the charts, it wouldnt be far off to be honest
Imagine these charts in Mid summer would be amazing and proper hot

So far we have had a maxium of 20.6c, but the temperature seems to dropping a bit due to the cloud cover, its currently 19.8c now

I reckon a few places in the South East can peak at aroun 28.4c I reckon, this will be highest temperature of warm I reckon.
For where I am I reckon the highest could get to about 26-27 in Newport but this coastal part of the Island I live in will get to around 24-25, Ill be happy with that

January: 2.5c
February: 2.3c
I am going for a mildish december, but I reckon there will a cold spell at the end with some snow across many parts.
For January I reckon it will be quite a cold month with cold snaps through out the month with snow and Ice, but there will be the odd milder interlude.
For February, I reckon this will be the coldest month especially the first 2 weeks with snow showers across alot of the country, but towards the end of february I reckon it will get milder witht Atlantic pushing in!!!

Actually 28th January 2004, i think was my first time witnessing it, we was eating dinner and I knwo snow was forecast for the evening but because it was taking so long I was getting impatient, then all of a sudden we was at the table my mum put her finger and was like hold on a second, she opened the back door and we was greeted to blizzard type conditions and right out of the blue a bright blue flash of lightning followed by a crack of thunder. Yes I remember this now as I remember saying to my mum how the hell did you know it was snowing haha.

Oh yes I have witnessed these babies a few times, I remember March 2007 we had some of the most amazing looking lightning and loud thunder going off for about and hour under heavy snow, I was in shock as this was the first time Ive ever seen it and was like OMG I love this, my new favourite Weather type.
Happened again on the evening of April 6th 2008 as a heavy snow shower developed and produce a flash of Lightning and a loud crack of thunder.
February 3rd 2009 we had some very heavy snow in early morning leaving about 2 inches, however come around midday West wight experienced very very heavy snow and a very close flash of lightning with an almighty crack of thunder, there was about 7 inches of snow after.
Last Winter there was line of heavy snow just in the channel but narrowly missing us, my mate text me to say he kept seeing lightning and lots of it, I went to the sea front to see if I could see anything and the sky lit out some absolute beasts of multiple strikes at once, one produce 4 strikes in one, but because there was so much snow in the clouds it selt the lightning was like orange and almost red!!!

Weather: Its been a mostly cloudy day, especially this morning. The sun has made some appearances this afternoon with some blue sky, but it has now clouded back up again. Despite the cloud it has felt quite pleasant, with just a light breeze at times.

Snowman tip: Build snowmen in gardens, not driveways...
Well where I live theres a massive Car park at the front of my house and is perfect snow ball fights and building Snowmans, not many cars are parked in there as its a pretty expensive car park to park in. We done a snowman last year well tried and the car turned into the car park to go through the otherside onto the other road, and the car run over our snow man,and the matey that was driving looked at us and laughed
After that we build a mini Snow grave yard thing for the bits of snow that was originally our snowman and put RIP haha
Anyways this year if it snows we are going to build one somewhere else

Watching snow videos is getting more and more excited for this winter I really hope it will be a snowy winter, as this time I want to actually make a succesful snowman unlike last year which got ran over by a car

Well that was an interesting last couple of days, the Saturday we had some awsome showers that came with some rather big hail. Yesterday though was the better day, as all day we torrential downpour like beyond torrential at times. When I came out of work thats when the thunder and lightning started, we had about 3 cells pass through which had thunder and lightning. The rain was stupidly heavy, and the structure of the clouds was amazing as well, happy that we had thunder
not heard any for a while. -

Fairly windy here but not to bad, had some patchy rain earlier but sun is trying to come out. maximum gusts has been around 40-45mphhas calmed a bit the past hour.

Fairly dry out there after some earlier patchy rain, wind is fairly gusty but not too bad. There is now the sun trying to make an appearence everynow and then but still most cloudy, and not feeling that cold really, temperatures is at 18.4c

Right here is my Winter forecaster, like i said i was going to do earlier on today, now this is just my personal opinion!
November up the beginning of March.
November: Precipitation- Average to just slightly below
Temperature- Average
Ok here goes, the start of the month I reckon will be mostly settled with nice sunshine at times along with some cold frosty nights for all of the UK. High pressure will be pretty dominant for most of the month with the continuence of dry days and cold frosty/ foggy nights. Towards the End of the month I reckon will start to get unsettled with some atlantic weather fronts pushing in giving rain and wind for almost everywhere, but may see some wintry stuff over higher ground in the North.
December: Precipitation- Average to just slightly above
Temperature- Average to just sligthly below
First half of the month I reckon will be unsettled with across the country with heavy and strong winds at times, again over higher ground could be wintry with some Sleet/snow mix. As we go into the 2nd half of the month I reckon we will see things turn colder and more wintry, with a greenland high developing, I reckon over the Christmas period will see some cold weather with some harsh frosts and sleet and snow at times across the country, espeically across the North/ East, South East and maybe C/S areas as well.
January: Precipitation- Average to just slightly below
Temperature- Just below Average
Start of January will carry on theme of cold weather snowfall almost anywhere, and some very harsh frost! however I reckon mid month will see things some what milder with the Atlantic fighting back giving heavy rain/ sleet and gales to places. This will be like that for the next week or 2 until the last week of January. I reckon last week of January will see a Scandi high developing, which mean it will bring in a rawww easterly with outbreaks of Snow/ Snow showers across Eastern England, South East and C/S England, and parts of the North East, giving many inches across the country.
February: Precipitation- Average
Temperature- Below Average
Start of February will be very cold in places me thinks with Snow showers affection almost anywhere which would give more disruption. into the middle part of february I reckon will be more quieter with a winter high over us giving some quiet but cold and frosty conditions for a while before a winter moves in from the Atlantic giving some heavy rain and gales for a time. Towards the last part of february and beginning of March will turn colder and wintry again, but this time because of a Greenland high developing, meaning cold with wintry precipitation across the country of sleet/snow and hail.
Like I said this is how I think winter will pan out, mixed but mostly cold with snow at times for just about everywhere, along with some milder interludes. I reckon end of January into the beginning of February will be the coldest period.
