    I wpuld say we didnt even see 1cm of snow here. What a letdown after all those warnings and all the hype!!

    Well SE Antrim has seen very little snowy action at all. An icing sugar dusting on the ground, now very cold and clear and i think the moon is out. Not worth sitting up lamppost watching for. Disappointing after all the hype! Good night all! Sweet and snowy dreams!!!

    Temp here is -0.7 with a clear sky. Venus shining brightly. Doubting we will see snow at all here!

    Nothing to speak of here in S.E Antrim. A few chunky flakes earlier, all gone now with even a hint of sunshine!

    Hello guys n gals! Just checking in! Had to stand out in that and bleed a boiler- meanwhile the outdoor clock felt a bit kamikaze and threw itself off the wall and smashed into smithereens! Stay safe everyone!

    Current temp here in newtownabbey is 1c and we have had a few snow showers so far today. Met office says light rain forecast later but surely this could be snow?

    Watcher, it's worth coming here just to see your avatars lol hilarious as usual! Sadly the breakdown is almost here, a lot cloudier today and much cooler too I was getting used to that lovely blue sky and heat! Sob! Any signs of it coming back again before the end of summer?!

    Someone said 1963 was as bad, but I wasn't alive then so can't comment. It's the worst I've seen in my lifetime!

    We've also had more snow this morning. A bit unwelcome too after the battle to clear the road yesterday but thankfully it hasn't amounted to much! This is day 5 of being stranded because of the snow. I'm more than ready for a thaw now!!
