    Hasn't stopped raining yet today - bleugh - at bus stop this morning there was sleet in with the rain and it was perishing.

    Snow down here too but no way it will settle as it's far too wet (she says hopefully!)

    Looking out the window recently has been like watching the tv with no aerial plugged in. Bleugh. Feeling it a bit nippy today tho!

    Been mostly sunny and bright morning with nothing falling from the sky so far in any form !

    Wet snow in East Kilbride forming a nice slush on pavement. Yuk. Heading into Glasgow where it will probably be rain

    Needs to shift itself a wee bit so we can get some snow here !

    We have the finest snow I have ever seen falling at the moment - didn't notice it until I saw it starting to lie on the pavement and shed roof. It's so fine and almost impossible to see when I look out.

    Very dull this morning and snowing gently just now. Would be nice if it snowed enough to make it easier to walk outside!

    Less snow on the ground this morning than there was last night. Just a dusting now.

    Just looked out and plenty of snow has fallen. Good covering even main road is white.

    lol spindrift you just beat me to it ! Hope my daughter enjoys her outdoor hockey for PE this afternoon!

    Blowing a hoolie here again and a lot of flooding in certain areas. Can anybody actually remember what the sun looks like???

    Well just had the most horrendous gust of wind - every person in our row of houses has lost most of their fence in that one! Rabbit huches etc in garden across are blown over or leaning to the side.

    Have heard several bins and one smash of glass in last half hour. Bits of branch fair hurtling down the street too. Very few bits of fence left to come down now fortunately.

    Thanks to whoever added me to the map. No snowfall here last night but no melt today on the few cm we have - like a skating rink trying to walk anywhere today.

    One fence down last week, another one gone tonight. Only one left to go!

    Hail, snow, sleet, rain, hail, snow, sleet, rain for past hour or so.

    Keep thinking that things are easing then gusts just as bad as before come along. Have lost part of fence on one side and the other is about to go .

    I have heard from 2 different sources that a building has collapsed in Glasgow area? Anybody got more info?

    Winds have picked up a lot here in last wee while. Dropping less between gusts.
